These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (deltaedgeoffice.in) and your access to or use of our coworking spaces, meeting rooms, dedicated desks and related amenities (“Services”). By accessing the website, registering an account or booking any space, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or Services.

Delta Edge Offices is a brand operated by Muskan Infranirman Private Limited (CIN: U70102WB2012PTC188828, GSTIN: 19AAICM6517B2ZI), with its registered office at Block EP, Plot No. J-1/8, Street No. 18, Kolkata – 700091, West Bengal.

1Account Registration and KYC

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to register and book spaces.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
  • KYC verification: All members and visitors must complete KYC verification (e.g. government-issued ID) before accessing our premises.
  • Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2Bookings and Payments

Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of full payment, or as per the terms of your membership, event or channel-partner agreement, as applicable. An online booking or enquiry does not create a binding contract until confirmed by us.

Pricing

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

Payment methods

Payments must be made via the authorised electronic payment methods made available to you. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3Code of Conduct and House Rules

When using our facilities, you agree to:

  • Respect fellow members, guests and staff at all times.
  • Keep noise reasonable, especially in open desk areas, and use phone booths or rooms for extended calls.
  • Not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, offensive, immoral or hazardous activity on the premises.
  • Not modify, damage or misuse furniture, IT equipment, facilities or amenities.
  • Keep your workspace clean and dispose of waste in designated bins.
  • Refrain from smoking or vaping (except in designated areas), and from consuming illegal substances or unauthorised alcohol on the premises.

4Amenities and Availability

We aim to provide high-speed leased-line internet, air-conditioning, printing and scanning, power backup and pantry services, and to keep them available as much as reasonably possible. These are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary interruptions caused by utility outages, technical faults or routine maintenance beyond our reasonable control.

5Property and Liability

Personal property

You are solely responsible for your personal belongings. Delta Edge Offices is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items on the premises.

Damage to property

You are financially responsible for any damage to our property, equipment or furniture caused by you or your guests, which shall be made good at current replacement value.

6Suspension and Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your account or revoke access to our facilities, without liability and without refund (save as provided in our Refund and Cancellation Policy), if you breach these Terms, breach security protocols, or engage in disruptive, unsafe or unlawful behaviour.

7Intellectual Property

The website and its content — including text, logos, the Delta Edge Offices brand and marks, images and design — are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Delta Edge Offices and its operating company, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or the Services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Event and venue bookings are governed by the separate Unwind Spaces & Events Venue Terms & Conditions.

10Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
