These Venue Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern every booking and use of the Unwind Spaces & Eventsvenue at the 17th Floor, Delta Tower, Kolkata. By making a booking or paying a deposit, you (the “Client”) accept these Terms.
Unwind Spaces & Events is a brand operated by Muskan Infranirman Private Limited (CIN: U70102WB2012PTC188828, GSTIN: 19AAICM6517B2ZI), with its registered office at Block EP, Plot No. J-1/8, Street No. 18, Kolkata – 700091, West Bengal.
A 50% advance deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% balance must be fully settled at least 7 days before the scheduled event date. All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes. Food and beverage is provided through our approved preferred vendor panel (Section 5) and billed accordingly.
Cancellations must be notified in writing. Refunds of payments made are as follows:

Refund timelines: All approved refunds under this policy are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method (card, UPI or net banking). Bank processing times may vary.
Date changes are subject to availability and the following re-booking fee:

Severe weather: In cases of severe-weather disruption, date-change penalty fees are reduced by 50% to accommodate rescheduling.
If we are unable to provide the facility due to operational failure or unforeseen facility issues, a 100% full refund of all amounts paid will be issued (processed within 5 to 7 business days). We are not liable for any further loss.
Catering must be selected exclusively from our approved preferred vendor panel. Outside catering is not permitted unless approved by us in writing. We and our panel vendors operate under applicable FSSAI and food-safety norms; please notify us of allergies and dietary needs in advance.
Alcohol is not permitted on the premises unless requested in advance. On prior request, we procure the required liquor licence/permit on your behalf. Licence fees depend on how far in advance the request is made:

All standard permits are valid up to 12:00 midnight. A 2:00 AM extension licence is available for a flat fee of INR 50,000, on request made at least 3 days before the event. No outside alcohol is permitted. Alcohol is served responsibly and only to guests aged 21 and above; we may refuse or discontinue service to any guest who is intoxicated, underage or behaving unsafely.
Maximum capacity is strictly capped at 125 guests for the full space, and 75 guests when the Mini-Auditorium is rented exclusively.
Amplified music and high sound levels must be lowered strictly after 12:00 midnight in compliance with local noise regulations, unless a 2:00 AM extension licence has been obtained.
Open flames, candles and pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited. All décor must be hung using the facility's built-in J-hooks — no nails, tacks, screws or wall-damaging adhesives are permitted on any surface. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited inside the Mini-Auditorium.
No separate damage deposit is collected upfront; however, the booking holder is financially responsible for any damage or loss (whether accidental or deliberate) to the premises, furniture, fixtures or equipment during the booking period, which shall be made good at current replacement value. Personal belongings are brought and kept at the Client's own risk; we are not liable for their loss or damage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a booking shall not exceed the amounts paid for that booking. The Client shall indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from the event or the acts of the Client's guests or vendors.
Post-event cleaning is included in the rental package. Clients are only required to clear out personal belongings and external client-brought décor at the end of their slot.
The Client and guests shall use the venue lawfully, respect the premises, staff and other users, and comply with our house rules and safety instructions. The premises are under CCTV surveillance for safety and security. We may remove any person causing nuisance, damage or a safety risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of West Bengal, India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata.
